This was our Prisoner Justice Day special. It includes audio from PJD Punk Show, which happened in Montreal, including a speech from the Termite Collective (demandprisonschange.wordpress.com) and music from Clayborne (clayborne-mtl.bandcamp.com). The show ended with a sneak peak of a four-part interview that we did with Diana Block. She has been a radical activist since the 1970s. She was a founding member of San Francisco Women Against Rape, Prairie Fire Organizing Committee, the California Coalition for Women Prisoners, and the Jericho Movement for Political Prisoners. She is author of the memoir Arm the Spirit: A Woman’s Journey Underground and Back and the novel Clandestine Occupations – An Imaginary History. She lives in San Francisco with her life partner, former political prisoner Claude Marks.
