An interview with Tim Smart, the Director of Lay Education for the Montreal Diocesan Theological College, about an upcoming lectures series in Montreal on the topic of Crime and Punishment.

An interview with prisoner Kenneth E. Hartman from the State of California with regards to the outcome of votes concerning the abolition of the death penalty, what, in Ken’s views, are the changes within the Californian prison system lately, his thoughts on Obama and whether within this second term conditions for prisoner will change. He will also speak about the upcoming Anthology, “Too Cruel Not Unusual Enough”.

An interview with  Kim Pate, the Executive Director of the Canadian Association of Elizabeth Fry Societies concerning the inquiry into the death of the teenager of Ashley Smith in October 2007 at the Grand Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener, Ontario.
